Culture Change and Transformation

My work with organisations focuses on facilitating the delivery of challenging culture and behaviour change goals, in close partnership with internal teams.

I have a track record for identifying the sweet spots for change and then designing and delivering creative engagement and leadership development programmes that measurably build trust, inspire change and improve engagement.

Some of my culture change support is provided through relationships with larger strategic development and engagement consultancies.
