Coaching, Facilitation and Mediation

I am an ICF‑accredited NLP coach, a Regent's University qualified mediator and an internationally experienced Board‑level facilitator.

I typically work with individuals and teams who want to explore and embed new ways of thinking and behaving that will help achieve their change ambitions. This often involves supporting people to identify inspiring goals, discuss and resolve conflicts, and build belief, confidence and capability.

Comfortable and experienced in dealing with high levels of emotion, I also mediate employment and workplace disputes.
